How to Set Up Your Electronic Hookah: First-Time User Guide

Just received your new electronic hookah? Setting it up for the first time is simple. This step-by-step guide walks you through everything from unboxing to your first draw — in under 5 minutes.

Before Your First Session: Charge the Battery

Before using your device for the first time, charge the battery fully. Connect the charging cable to the device and a power source. The MIRUCEL battery takes approximately 3.5 hours for a full charge and provides up to 100 minutes of use.

Tip: A fully charged battery ensures consistent heating performance throughout your first session.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Fill the Water Chamber

Fill the water chamber with clean, cold water. The water level should be approximately 2–3 cm above the bottom of the downstem — enough to filter and cool the vapor without restricting airflow. Do not overfill.

Step 2: Attach the Water Chamber

Securely attach the water chamber to the base of the device. Ensure it is firmly connected to prevent any air leaks during use.

Step 3: Pack the Bowl

Add your shisha flavor to the bowl. Pack loosely and evenly, filling to just below the rim. Do not press the shisha down — airflow through the material is essential for good vapor production.

Step 4: Attach the Bowl to the Heating Unit

Place the packed bowl onto the heating element. Ensure it sits securely and evenly for consistent heat distribution.

Step 5: Connect the Hose

Attach the hose to the hose port on the device. Ensure the connection is airtight for optimal draw resistance.

Step 6: Power On and Set Temperature

Press the power button to turn on your MIRUCEL device. The digital display will illuminate showing the current temperature. Use the controls to set your desired temperature — we recommend starting at 180°C for your first session.

Step 7: Wait for Preheat

Allow the device 30–60 seconds to reach your set temperature. The display will confirm when the device is ready. Do not draw before the device reaches temperature.

Step 8: Enjoy Your First Session

Take slow, steady draws through the hose. Enjoy smooth, consistent vapor from your very first draw. Adjust temperature up or down by 5°C increments to find your perfect setting.

After Your Session

  • Power off the device
  • Allow to cool completely before disassembling
  • Empty and rinse the water chamber
  • Store upright in a cool, dry place
