Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the UAE and selected international destinations. Free shipping is available on all orders within the UAE.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UAE: 2–5 business days
- GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping Carriers We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your MIRUCEL device.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. MIRUCEL is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mandy@mirucel.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
